OUR TEAM
The Hair Repair Team is a group of professional hairdressers working together on a mission to help people save time and money. The members of The Hair Repair Team are the first to try a new style or a new hair product. They do scientific comparison tests and are able to advise any client, who asks them, the best product for his/her hair. There are hundreds of hair care products to choose from.
For the consumer to select the right product requires luck and patience. This is a frustrating process and consumes both your time and money while you search for a treatment that works.
The Hair Repair Team sees a way to help others as they help their own personal clients. They perform scientific tests and stay up to date on new products. Their mission is to find ways to repair the most severely damaged hair.
They have repaired over 400 models with severely damaged hair and documented the test results. They tested, rated and compared all the different conditioners and repair treatments available in the market place today. Now they are able to solve most of your hair problems. Send them questions about your hair, and you will eliminate that junk drawer of products that do not work.
HOW THE HAIR REPAIR TEAM WORKS
The Hair Repair Team tests new products and compares them to existing products. They do the test scientifically by conducting controlled experiments. For example:- One large hair strand is divided into three equal strands
- Apply new product to strand number one
- Apply the current best performing product to strand number two
- Apply nothing to strand number three
- Subject all three strands to the same controlled conditions such as humidity, rain, sunshine, chlorine, heat from hair appliances, very cold freezing weather, etc.
- Make the test results available.
The Hair Repair Team demonstrates the test results of the new hair repair treatment, REZZ A RECT, to hairdressers at hair shows. Scientific test results prove REZZ A RECT is superior to all other conditioners and treatments. You must see it to believe it. It takes repair to a new dimension in hair care.

Tina Cole is a licensed cosmetologist and has been practicing since 1989. She is a certified hair color artist and has attended hair color classes and workshops. She is a charter member of the Antoniou Design Team and a platform artist. Tina does perms and color on stage at the shows. Tina is soft-spoken and gentle and makes every experience in her chair a relaxing one. Her clients leave refreshed and with a perfect hair style.
Tina is certified by the NC State Board to teach Continuing Education Classes for hairdressers.
Natalie Hawkins has the professional ability to create a look that is just right for you! She formulates colors to complement her client's skin tones and eye color, and creates a style to complement her client's face and body shape. Natalie loves to create different looks with color; from a natural tone of highlights and lowlights to attention-grabbing pinks, blues, greens, reds, yellows oranges and purples. Natalie is also trained in texture services such as perms and relaxers for both ethnic and Caucasian hair types. She enjoys working with her client's ideas and suggestions to create perfect updo's for proms and weddings. She offers facial waxing services that pamper your skin, helping to reduce the redness of the treated areas.
Natalie is Board Certified as a Master Colorist and Perm Technician. She owned and operated Becky's Hair Salon from 2005-2007.
She is a Platform Artist for the Antoniou Design Team, performing back stage and on stage for Antoniou hair shows. Becky's favorite services to perform are spiral perms and razor cuts. She is well experienced with relaxing and styling ethnic hair.

La Ree Greene has been a cosmetologist since 2003. She enjoys all aspects of the business, such as styling, cutting, color and waxing.
La Ree loves to take a picture from a client and reproduce that style and personalize it for the client's facial features. She likes to create colors to compliment skin tones and accentuate the cut.
La Ree attended The Hair Styling Academy in Chapel Hill, NC and Leon's Beauty College in Greensboro, NC. She received advanced training in make-up and Chi hair straightening at Avanti Salon and Spa and advanced hair color training at Leon's with Robert Chandler.
She is a member of the Antoniou Design Team.

Barbara Hall has been a licensed and practicing cosmetologist since 1990. She has been with Jeannie's Hair Co. for many years and is an incredible asset. Her greatest strengths are having superior knowledge and efficiency with coloring, perms and the latest styles which comes from many years of experience.

John E. Antoniou is the inventor behind the Antoniou Hair Care line. A native of Greece, Mr. Antoniou has been a stylist and chemist for over forty years. In 1970 he brought his family (wife and only son) to America. He opened a few salons which did quite well, but his heart was in the chemistry of hair. Mr. Antoniou still travels between the two countries for business and to stay in touch with family.

I might start out liking a product but when after a few months I did not like the results. A product claiming to make the hair thick just had a high pH which would swell the hair causing it to become thick but it was not healthy. I decided to make my own products just for hairdressers. The products on the market would use certain chemicals that might not make a difference to someone who used it once everyday, but for hairdressers who constantly work with these products for hours and hours it was harmful. I just wanted to help people and make the hair beautiful while keeping people and the environment safe."

Jeffery Baker has been a professional hair stylist since 1983. Over the years he achieved a Goldwell® Color Master's certificate and advanced training in the art of cutting all hair types. He excelled in his career and he achieved the positions of Manager and Educational Director of Hair by Nature's Way salon in Cary, N.C.
After nine years of managing Hair by Nature's Way, Jeffery decided to open his own salon in Cary. Jeffery owned and managed Wild Flowers for three years, taking it to the maximum with many stylists. He decided to focus on cuts and color and give all his attention to his personal clients so he opened a home salon. With a scenic garden atmosphere creating a relaxing environment for his clients, Jeffery quickly took it to the maximum level with no time for himself.
Jeffery joined Jeannie's Hair Company to be close to family and still pursue his passion for styling hair. He strives to give each client his undivided attention, so personally booking your appointment is preferred by calling him at 336 460 9512.
